While many of the common Internet scams that people find in their email inboxes indicate the the supposed country of origin, there are many that do not. Some scam emails that come from Africa do not indicate as much but it is still possible to find out. By opening the email in such a way to display its full header it is possible to determine the exact country of origin for the fraud email. With the current Internet scam, the original IP Address seems to indicate that Senegal is the country of origin for this scam letter. The current Internet scam can come from other African countries other than Senegal. They include Nigeria, Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire or Ivory Coast. Hello dear,

When an Internet scam comes from Africa, or any other foreign country for that matter, it should automatically be viewed with suspicion. In the cases where no country is mentioned, it is possible to find out where to scam email originated by looking at the full header in the email. Love, dating and romance scams are popular with scammers since they can result in bigger payoffs that some other types of scams. There are many stories circulating around the Internet about how people are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars to scammers on the Internet.
